how do i wire a sunpro mini tach to my hatch

Default how do i wire a sunpro mini tach to my hatch

i have 93 honda civic hatch single cam non-vtec (d15b7) i want to install this tach on for now until i get my jdm cluster this is a sunpro mini tach i have it half wired i just dont know where to wire my rpm signal (green) wire. my freind said to the negative end of the igniton coil but dont know wat wire it is if yall can tell me were to correctly wire it and the color of the wire that would help out alot Thanks in advance

ground (black)-to my chassis
power (red)-to my fuse box
lighting (white)-to my dimmer switch
rpm signal (green)- i dont know where

really should wire the light to the fuse box also.

(not my pic)
where it is circled thats +
one if for constant. one is ffor when lights are on and etc. just test it and u will find the right one.
now rpm just tap the blue wire behind the cluster one the left side. that wire would go into your stock tach if you have one

wat if i dont have a stock tach also i heard theres a wire that comes from the ecu that i could tap for the rpm wire is this posssible

your green wire goes directly to the blue wire on the driver side front behind the strut tower. its a BLUE WIRE that has a black rubber plug on it that goes to nothing. thats ur TACH lead. search and youll get the same thing. black n red goes to negative/ground and positive 12v wire or ur battery.

just because your cluster doesnt have a tach doesnt mean the wire isnt there.

u shouldn't need to wire it to anything else...the wire for ur RPM should just be there...not connected to anything....

would i tap the green wire into the connection coming out of the dizzy or the connection that connects to the dizzy

the blue tach signal wire runs all the way to your cluster, you can tap into the blue wire on the plug farthest to the drivers side of your cluster
