My setup is as follows:
E-Brake cables: 99-00 Si
Brake lines: 99-00 Civic Si
Master cylinder: ITR
Booster: ITR
Proportioning valve: 99-00 Si
I believe this is the best setup. E-brake cables and brake lines from an Integra might fit, but they may be too long or too short. Civic EX brake cables will not be a direct fit, since the EX has rear drums. A stock master cylinder and booster is fine, but since you are using ITR brakes, it would be optimal get the matching components.
When I first installed the above setup, the brake pedal felt soft, but the mechanic told me that it will return to normal after few weeks of driving. After a few weeks, the brake pedal did return to normal.
