Default HELP ME DECIDE!!! (Intakes)

FOR A B16A2

I already have a AEM original cold air intak but now they have came out with new and improved intake called AEM V2 cold air intakes . I see they are about $100 more expensive and look a lil different but are they better??? Or what is THE best cold air intake? Thanks.

too bad, you coulda just spent 50 dollars on an ebay intake and bought a k&n filter.

a pipe is a pipe is a pipe. youre just paying for names. and if you arent in cali, theres no point in paying 200.

that $250 could go towards turboing your car or gas or car washes. id rather do something else than gain absolutely no horsepower thats recognizable.

whatever you do NEVER buy a brand new AEM or any name brand intake... for that 250+ you could get a intake manifold skunk2 or blox or aebs..

the most i would spend on an intake is 100 bucks. but an intake does so little that its not even worth thinking about.

but if you really want the best, get a comptech air box with intake tube. with the design its kinda like a short ram AND a cold air. but its probly just marketing

This intake is the best imo, you can't go wrong because you get all the cold air you need.

unless you have extensive modifications any intake from whale ***** to AEM wont give you anything noticeable. a butt dyno isnt that accurate

Shove a bunch of cottonballs into your throttle body. They help clean carbon deposits too.
