Default ANOTHER lsvtec setup

so i have a fresh b18a shortblock stuffed with .20 itr pistons and spoon b18c rods. Now heres the question ...ive got a mugen headgasket and all that good stuff, the b16 head with itr cams and now i want to upgrade. Ive got the cr for a nice set of aftermarket cams. Whats a good aggresive cam to run looking to make like 215. all suggestions welcome.

You're goona need some more work other than cams to make 215, I think 200 will be difficult unless you have headwork and a good header with engine management. Are you going to be tuning with anything?

You didnt mention your valvetraine. Try titanium valves, dual valvesprings and retainers so you can run stage 2 or maybe 3 cams to run that kind of horsepower.

sounds like a good setup

are you running the GSR or ITR crank? because above you menitoned you had spoon B18c rods which kinda defeats the purpose of lsvtec but nice setup anyways
