Im fully building a b16 head i bought and was wondering which cams are good at a good price........i do have a budget but im open to ideas.......thanks

 

I dont really know the price of em, but if you could find ITR cams those would be some good cams to put in.

 

Wow that is a dumb question. Dont just blindly choose cams. Are you gonna run F/I or N/A what power levels are u expecting to reach. What compression? there are many factors to selecting cams not just pointing and saying wow the box looks pretty on those cams and buying them.

 

well the engine is ls/vtec.......my piston comp is 10.5:1, i have srp pistons and eagle rods, i am purchasing a valve train kit that includes heavy springs new valves and so forth, my block is .20 bored over and it is NOT sleeved so i am wanting my rev range to be at least 9000 rpm.....right????..........i can spend what i want but nothing too crazy........i found some comp cams for $567 shipped and im kind of wondering if thas too much or not???? im not really sure on what power range i want, but more power is what im looking for but just to a limit......this car is gonna be a daily driver soo i dont want a massive lobe, and would like a decent mpg if possible but if not just that it can be drivin daily........hopefully that is adequate enough to answer my question........thanks
