Is the coil bad?
I have a b16a2. I think the ignition coil is bad. I checked the residance in the primary winding and it was .09 ohms. The specs are around .45-.55 ohms.
Then i checked the secondary winding and it was 18.5 ohms. It should be around 22.4-33.6 ohms. I don't think it's thats bad. Should i change it.

Sounds like its bad, pull it out and look at it I recently ordered a new coil for my b and the thing that got me on it was that the resistance values were good but when I pulled it out you could tell where it had burned out.
Tests for coils given in the Honda Service Manuals (Resistance tests) will tell you if the coil has failed but will not tell you if it is good! I have had several coils pass the tests to the tee but not create a spark. Use a Lab Scope if you know how.
