Depends which del sol you have
S model P06 / P1Z (I think for OBD2)
Del Sol Si P28
Del sols were only from 93-97 but VTEC models were only from 94-97
Del Sol S, Si, and VTEC are all different. base had D15B7/D16y7 (depending on year), D16Z6/D16Y8 (depending on year) and B16A3/B16A2 (depending on year) respectively

I could be wrong, but I went to thehondapartsstore.com and for the 96-97 Del Sol S it said P1Z. I know the Civic CX/DX had P2E, but thats what it said.

actually the ECUs are like this
96-97 DelSol
S-P1Z
SI-P28
VTEC-P30
yes there are OBD2 versions of the P28 and P30 out there.
**edit**
Honda made DelSols from 93-97, there are some made in 92 and 98 out there but they are technically 93 and 97 respectivly.
OBD1 - 93-95
OBD2a - 96-97
93-95 DelSol
S-P06
SI-P28
VTEC-P30
