Hey H-T I am looking for a new exhaust set up but so many manufactures and styles. Please show me what you guys have. Any brand, any style. I drive a 95 gsr coupe so i have the 94-97 rear bumper but if you have the 98-01 bumper with a nice exhaust then show it off. THanks.

what are you looking for?? QUIET but gives you performance..a fart can?

if you want something thats close to stock quiet i recommend the RSR ExMag..if you want a fart can i say get the APEXi N-1

 

just looking for pictures really. Deep tone, no riced out stuff. I currently have a comptech axle back custom fitted to 2.5 piping with a 2.38in jasma mugen resonator. Nice deep tone at high RPMs but looking for something that'll rumble at idle. Interested in the APEXi, any series. Heard they were pretty loud, but my resonator is big so it wont be as loud.

Just want to see some pics of different set ups out there.

 

How are pics going to help you determine the sound an exhaust makes?

are you really comparing a n1 to a fart can? the n1 is far from a fart can, though it might be loud, the deep tone of the exhaust sounds good, i would not compare it to some **** with an axel back pep boys muffler fart can....

agreed. but i think most people associate the N1 with rice because a lot of people get custom piping with no resonator and the sound that comes out is "ricey."

if you get the full catback it sounds nice and deep.. its only loud when you get on it.. and even then it has a slightly higher but not ricey sound

Thanks thats exactly why i posted this thread. Just want to see some set ups. Nice exhaust and ride.

If you want to gawk at other peoples exhaust to figure out what you want, I suggest you look in the Appearance/Cosmetic forum or browse through the picture thread already in progress that's sticky'ed at the top of this forum.

Personally, I can't find any tech related material unless users have dyno'ed their car and can provide some numbers comparing one brand to another. As mentioned, it has been covered numerous times... so now you know what to do.
