need help on ICU..
well my frends 00 si he just put an skunk2 intake manifold and everything work but his idle is really off and its not running right and he said that its his Idle Control Unit...so please help us out thnx...

ICU stands for "integraded control unit". That is a part that plugs into the back of your under-dash fuse box.
The IACV (idle air control valve) is probably what he's talking about. I'm guessing his problem is either leaking/incorrectly installed vaccum hoses, leaking throttlebody or sensor gaskets, or broken/damaged wiring. Usually broken/damaged wiring is accompanied by a check engine light...
Also, did he try adjusting the idle set screw? There is a procedure outlined in the any manual for that vehicle.
