what type of fluid should i put in my gsr?

i just used gm syncromesh friction modified, didnt notice much of a difference with it and its been about 1500 miles. lots of people i hear are using it

friction modified is used when you have some grinding issues or something.. I had a little grind in second gear and with friction modified it helped a little bit.

i have mad 3rd gear grind issues... where can HONDA MTF be purchased at besides the dealership? can it be purchase at autozone? and what is friction modified?
