hayabusas work pretty well, if youre talking about a homemade setup which im assuming, im using them to make a setup for an rsx right now, but there are plenty others that people have used successfully

get honda cbr954 tb's...the tps plugs right in to your stock harness. i think you have to switch two wires around in the connector and that's it. I'm also pretty sure that the fuel line will also fit the itb's fuel rail.

well the suzuki tps isnt a big problem, and what i like about the suzuki tb's is that they come apart so you can space them however you like, i believe the hondas are in pairs if im not mistaken, but you are right about the tps being plug and play

bigger can be better, 50 is better, but ducati is the only one who has 50mm i believe, i could be wrong, as far as the runner length and and rev ranges im not sure yet, i havent done too much trial and error with them yet, there are a few people here that are much more knowledgeable than me on the subject

you can also try searching in the "all motor" part of honda tech for things like ITB, individual throttle bodies, or similar things. Its been a popular thing to do, and you could probably get some good information by looking at other people's dyno charts and setups. Good luck.
