Default Few things i made for a friend

nothing real special. i need to buy my own welder, all i had access to was a fluxcore. everything done with a hobart 140 with flux wire.

3" a/c capatible DP w/flex

wastegate elbow for his revhard manifold

wategate dumptube

and a couple close up pics of the welds. i was pretty happy with how they came out for fluxcore, i just wish i could have borrowed my buddy's mig to do all this. but for flux, i think its pretty good

and or course, signed by me

hope u guys like!

when your welding a flange to pipe with fluxcore, crank up your heat and stay on the flange most of the time, just move your torch up for a second to link the weld bead up. that way u wont burn a hole through the pipe, and you will get a nice bead.

it funny, i actually figured that out towards the end. i had very limited experience with fluxcore before i did all this, so i had a little learning to do
