does anyone have any experience with the comptech foam filters? http://www.comptechusa.com/store/intake8.html i was checking these out and wondered how they compared to k&n filters. they are 15 bones cheaper. does foam filter as good as the k&n style? both are cleanable.

 

I got a foam filter and I like it more than my K&N filter, but for performance I don't know if it help a little or not at all, because filter is filter if it not dirty you will not gain performance.

 

comptech flows better. however, it will get ditry quicker. i'd just get K&N. and not worry about it.
