ok, I've heard good comments from many people and sites about synthetic. But I've also seen the bad comments. Can anyone just give me there comments on synthetic oil. I have a stock(intake and exhaust)d16. But soon will have a turbo, around 180hp+, if that helps. I heard it's good for high rpms or taken heat. Just let me know. thanx

been covered several times at least. And sythetic oil is good stuff. I use mobil 1, and i dont have to change oil for 10,000 miles. Syn oil does not break down like normal oil. search and start reading

 

I dont use anything but synthetic in any of my cars. Its just something that i have done since i started driving. A good friend of mine runs a boosted civic and s2k and uses mobil 1 in both rides, he swears by it.
