vx header 02 sensor

Default vx header 02 sensor

im trying to replace my stock header with a different one but the o2 sensor has to be moved and the wires are too short. could someone give me some tips on fixin this problem.

Extend them with more wire. Solder all connections then either use electrical tape or heat shrink tubing.

they dont have to be extended, just disconnect the harness from the bracket at the front of the head, let is hang and zip tie it away from anything. i did it.

You could do this too. Relocate the plug for the primary O2 sensor so it's closer to the new location of the O2 sensor.

we are talking about a VX so it should only have one o2 sensor, might smack dab in the middle of the manifold, the header im using put it closer to the plug but farther down, so i just had to disconnect the harness from the bracket.

you dont want to extend that sensor unless you really want it ot not work too well.
