Is it safe to run a stock ECU with this build?

Default Is it safe to run a stock ECU with this build?

D16a6 block
P29 pistons
shot peened rods
thin headgasket
12:1 c/r
milled head
decked block
ported d15 head with d16a6 cam
ported y8 intake manifold

could I run stock injectors with a PM6 safley?

ok yeah, I forgot about that.. but could I break it in on a stock ECU? how high could I rev it untuned? (stock valvetrain)

My tuner used BRE. From what I understand, it is more stable (less buggy) than turboedit.

YOu can break it in on a stock ecu, and you can destroy your freshly built motor. Get it tuned, / thread

Don't do it.

You could probably get it running OK with a wideband and a fpr, but why build an engine and then half-*** the tuning?

I had a similar build and it ran like crap with stock injectors/ecu. Get it tuned properly.
