lookin for some opinions of which points on the block and tranny that people think are best to attach a chain and pull the motor out

doin my swap soon so kookin for the best points

 

Driver side rear: there is a bolt hole on the head directly below the valve cover, where the valve cover bolt is located.
Passenger Front: There is a bracket near the transmission bell housing.

any good ponts you know of when the head is off the block?

 

In that case, you could thread bolts with eyes into the head bolt holes.

 

for sure, what about the upper alternator bracket?

 

how i did mines with the head off was from the lower power steer bracket bolt hole and instead of the tranny bolt in the front i used the one in the rear to get balance.

 

nice, i have an extra power steering bracket too

any got pics of the rear tranny hook?
