this just started happening to me. it's a 92 integra with a 2000 b18c1 converted to obdI. i got a cel yesterday and it was throwing an ELD code. but i dont think these 92 integras had them and it just started so i dont think the problem is the computer looking for one...i actually think they took that off in my chip.

it would take a few more cranks than normal and when it starts the rpm would jump a bit and then goes down if i give it gas. i can turn it off and turn it back on and it would drive fine. any ideas what to look for? all my fuses are good.
