Fastbrakes 11.1" Brakes
I just did it recently.
1) 98 Prelude rotors, re-drilled
2) Calipers and brackets from an 91 Legend
I trimmed about 2 mm off the non-machined side of the bracket so it would bolt up with the prelude rotors. Some people machine the machined side of the bracket the same amount.
I'm probably going to get the brackets machined on the machined side to let me use the more common rotors from some of the higher end Acura's.
The biggest thing I had to learn was the total height of the rotors. The prelude 11", Civic SI/Integra and Integra R/Legend rotors are all different heights so, getting the brackets to fit was a research project. The prelude rotors are closest to the SI/Integra rotors in height. The prelude rotors are about 0.1" shorter. The R/Legend rotors are about 3 mm shorter.
If I had it to do over, I might just buy the kit from FastBrakes.
Now that I changed the fronts, the brake balance is wrong and I need to upgrade the backs. The brake feel though's pretty damn good.

I wish to use my existing brake pads and calipers. Has anyone done that?

that will not work.......you need the larger calipers and caliper brackets for the 11.1" rotor.

You can get a kit that lets you use the existing caliper and brackets. It extends the factory bracket. PowerSlot sells a kit that does this. I believe you end up with a 12" rotor. 12 might not fit under a 15" wheel. The R brakes I use now, 11" fit fine under 15" wheels.
I got the legend parts off a junk car. Make sure it's newer than 91. I'm pretty sure V6 accord parts will fit too. The 96+ CRV and Odessy mini-van use the same brake pads so, I'd examine them too.
From a junk yard, you're talking about $25 per side for calipers and brackets. The brackets are the most important thing.
