why not RTFM & just use the parts list for doing a timing belt, but instead of getting the auto tensioner get a manual tensioner.

cry about it. good questions with proper english will get good responses
you dont need to upgrade the valvetrain for type S cams. Your stock valvetrain will be plenty strong. Your not goign to be making power beyond the stock rev limiter so valvetrain upgrades are not needed.
Usually the only time you really need to convert to the manual tensioner is when you upgrade the valvesprings. Why? With the added stiffness of the aftermarket valvesprings, the more stress is going to be put on the belt. The more stress on the belt, the more stress on the weak autotensioner.
However, since you are already needing to do the timing belt, go ahead and do the manual tensioner conversion. Its actually quite cheap compared to buying that expensive autotensioner. Also, since you are doing the timing belt, it is recommened to change the water pump while you are there.
There is a howto manual tensioner conversion in this forum.
