$60 when I bought mine. It will have alot about your car. Removing the head is a bit of work.
Integra Integra has the right idea.
The cams wont seat right if you install them incorrectly because one drives the distributor with a slit on the end.
Pulling the head means you gotta remove the timing belt, and that isn't something you wanna reuse.

ive taken off my head 3 times already and now i can do it in less than an hour and remember all the torque specs and tightening sequences for all the bolts in the head, its all really easy, no hard parts just long tedious parts like torqueing the head studs down in sequence, disconnecting all the coolant lines that run to the head and intake manifold, and most of all, making sure the cam gears and crank pulley are all on top dead center together and gettin the timing belt on while keeping them centered.
I used to take off the intake manifold first and realized that its easier to just keep it on the head the entire time, this way you wont need to replace the intake manifold gasket either(unless ur a lucky bastard and have a hondata gasket or somethin similar).
Good luck, no real help hear just had to share my view, i used a manual the first time though.

Why bother, just get (4) M100's and drop them in where the spark plugs would be and light those bad boys. I swear that head will be off in in less than a second
