2000 civic si - need help
I recently bought this car and the head was missing. The block is a b16a2, does anyone know what type of head (casting#) is needed. Does anyone have one for sale?
you can check in the market place once you are able. There is always eGay and sites like that. You just need to get a DOHC Vtec head and you will be fine. Why did you buy a car with no head?

lol...that's what I want to know. It's not like buying a car with a missing cupholder, its missing half the engine.

you can buy a complete head for 500... I dont see the big deal with buying a car missing the head. Chances are he paid WAY less than retail value and will probably make a pretty penny when the car is complete. I buy cars at auctions all the time. Cars missing heads are my favorite becuase nobody else like to bid on them and putting a head on is cake.
