WHITE SMOKE!!
ALright guys.. I have a boosted GSR and I recently just got it tuned. I am on some low compression numbers on all four - 130psi which is horrible. Just a couple of nights ago, I hit it on the highway and I started to see a lot of smoke come out. I popped open the hood and a lot of smoke was coming from around the intake manifold area. It seemed like all the smoke was coming from my breather which is right to the right of the oil cap.
The next morning I started the car for a minute and begin to saw smoke because there was oil on it so it was burning it off and when I took off the oil cap, a lot of smoke came out. What is the cause of this problem? ALso white smoke comes out the muffler occasionally.

Smoke out of the breather meants blown rings/ringlands. Tear it down, thats what its going to take.

but more like
Could be blown head gasket or warped head, cracked block, any news its bad. Your pretty much screwed either way. I wouldnt recommend driving it like that though...
Also 130psi on a compression test isnt horrible if there all even like that... necessarily. If the car runs fine with a certain psi across all 4 i wouldnt worry about it.

this jus happened to me, and instead of just replacing my rings, i spent the extra money and got my block professionaly done, with new JE pistons, eagle rods and bearings, and cometic headgasket with arp studs. im telling u man its worth the money. but if u dont got the cash, its ur rings and u need new ones. if u replace them definatly go with arp studs and cometic headgasket, the heads coming off anyway. http://www.Tunerchoice.com is a good place for motor parts and headgasket.
One way to test the head gasket is using a coolant pressurizing gauge. Put about 10 psi in it and open the cover valve cap and hear is there air coming through there or not... Hope this will help you...
