I got in a fender bender and my hood wont close all the way down and there's like 1/2cm gaps between the hood and the fenders,i wanted to take off the hood latch but i cant get to the bottom bolt


can anyone help me out?

If I remember correctly you can't get it with a normal socket wrench. You need to get an actual wrench on it. I want to say the latch is held on by 3 10mm bolts, the top 2 can easily be taken off with the 10mm socket wrench. For the bottom one, get a wrench with a socket in the circle part that works the same way as a socket wrench. If that didn't make sense. Get something like this:
