Default Car still hesitating badley Need help badly!!!!!

I swaped a JDM d15b vetec motor into my 96 hatch. I am using a obd2 to obd1 conversion harness and the original P08 computer. Since the swap my car hesitates really bad below 3000 rpm. If I floor it below 3000 rpm it almost cuts out and stops. If I am crusing above 3000 rpm in any gear whn I givie it gas it accelerates but feels like its missing (cutting in and out). I wired up vtec but there is no vtec engagement. It really sucks to drive . We checked the tps, timming, changed the fule filter and changed the spark plugs. Also the PO8 is supposed to run off of a 1 wire o2 sensor but I am using a four wire. There are no cels wtf. Also the other day I did a second gear pull and I vtec engaged but it was at 6200 rpm. Its weird when crusing above 3000 rpms without giving it gas the car is missing like one second its getting fuel and the next its not.I need some suggestions badley. I feel it could be:

injectors problem
distributer
vac leak
fried computer
O2 sensor

Are you sure you're getting spark properly? Try borrowing someone's ecu or using yours in their car. The o2 should be wired up properly as it is.

Doesn't sound like a vacuum leak to me, you could also try swapping distributors, make sure to check all cylinders are getting spark and fuel properly, mehbe you have a clogged injector or something.
