BAD BOGGING..WONT REV PAST 3K. HELP, PLEASE!
lsvtec in a 96 hatch, jumped to obd1. never had a problem besides vtec not engaging, all of a sudden car boggs and hits rev limiter around 3k...
codes: 7, tps.
10, intake air temp
21, vtec spool selenoid valve
14, IAC
15, ignition output signal????
41, o2
obviously got a gang of probs. any idea on where i should start? please help. thanks!!

as for the bogging problem your tps could be the cause, along with the iac and o2 sensor. what computer are you running? check all your wireing. did you ever wire in the vtec solinode? if not the thats why your throwing code 21.

it seems like a tps problem, but the rev limiter at 3k is odd. im runnin a p72, i have the vtec selenoid wired..i have good grounds..

It sounds like your in Limp Mode.... It might be a long shot i forget which plugs are the same but i know some on the intake manifold 2 plugs can plug into each sensor see if you can change them around might of put the wrong plugs with sensors

nah my tps and map are right. the car ran fine just minus vtec since i swapped it, like i said i was just drivin and bang it went into dumpster mode.

your running a jumper harness correct. has anyone been in the passenger seat? check to see if maybe the feet could have hit it and cause a wire to brake on the jumper harness. i have seen this happen before.

i agree...triple check you wiring and grounds..i did the mini me and i had code 21 and thought i had it perfect, checked it again and the pins werent in all the way, got a needle and pushed it in boom vtec engaged...as for your boggin has to be your tps, just erase all your codes and see what comes back

also the ignition output signal is something in the dizzy check to see if something happened bad coil or ignitor.. check wires make sure one didnt unplug or something stupid...

do you know if the ecu that you have was chipped or is it stock. do you know any one with another ecu that you could use. it could be the computer thats messed up. it just seems wried that it all happed at once.

stock *** p72, i know its weird. Im realy bankin on the jumper harness, it looks fine all the pins are in, we'll see, hopefully i can get the one from my buddy and try it.

yea so my dam injector plug didnt have a clip and it came unplugged but was still sittin ontop the injector haha. new clip shes good. thanks guys!
