for those of you who didn't think there was justice
i think everyones seen my dumb posts saying cry for me since some d bag crashed my car. well like i promised i took him to small claims court for it and lets just say i came out on top
ps. its a egsi w/si-rII swap
pss. i already fixed all the damage
psss. its already paid off

thank you, i really appr. all you that gave me a positive outlook (like things will work out, good luck). you guys kick ***, what do you think i should blow it on? 800 of it is already alotted to pay of the loan for the motor

Congrats on the win. I take it the damage wasn't too bad? As far as the $ either invest it or start buying parts for a build up.

Hate to rain on your parade, but very few judgements are ever collected. He could be filing BK as of now. So don't get ahead of youself and spend anything until you have the money in your hand.

well that looks like a notice of judgement. which means you still need to collect. but if you did collect from his *** already then i say good for you... 
winning a case is easy if you have the proof. collecting the judgement is the hard part. ($5,000 judgement that im still trying to collect on. going on 3 years

its funny, i was thinking it was going to be hard to collect too, thats when i found a bank recipt in my car from him, with his name, bank, and acct. number on it. I guess someone wanted something to work out for me for a change. (i guess i can garnish his bank acct.)
