Default How long should my runners be for a custom intake mani???

im getting a customer intake mani made from my buddy, were cutting a gsr manitolf off at the flange and putting round runners up to a box of some sort with v-stacks at the ends of the runners inside it.

how do you know how long to make the runners as to where power will be made?

on top of that ill be running a 70mm TB with a prototype racing v-stack.

where do you want the power to be? i know the todas give good midrange, but im selling them for PRO2's most likely cause i dont see good results on the them

85mm gsr block
89mm stroke
1" DECKPLATE
custom 6.3337" cunningham ultra lites
custom 13.5:1 arias pistons 7cc dome
RMF narrow 2.5"

head is fully ported and polished
toda c's (selling for some PRO2's though)

it really all depends where you want to make your peak power. Donf should chime in shortly and he can go into detail about the lengh and runner size and approach angle to the valves.

It's "beer thirty" in Fl on a friday. 13.5 -14 inches, valve to end of runner. Peak at 8700-9000. Back to scheduled binge. You will also need ports and cams to support that.
