Default exhaust and intake size questions

ok my setup is b20vtec

srp 10.5:1 comp piston which with gsr head and decking may be around 11:1 comp
gsr head pretty much stock just touched up intake ports a lil
aebs intake mani
skunk2 tuner 2 cams
65mm edlebrock tb port matched to mani
hytech rep header

now my question is since i decided to go with the skunk 2 exhaust should i get 60mm or 70mm. also with me only having 65mm tb what size intake piping should i run, 3 inch or 2.5 inch

70mm exhaust and 3" intake pipe.

ok im gonna go that route and a set of rc 310 injectors should be good enough also right

I would think, or 440's if you want to leave lots of room for future power.
