dsm side mount intercooler on a 93 civic?? (Need to find archived post)
I'm researching this for a friend of mine and I know there was a post about it somewhere in the archives. However, since the search feature has been handicapped, i can't find the post. Anyone have that link saved???
So, no one knows if this works for sure?: Mounting a small dsm intercooler behind the smaller side vent next to the radiator opening in the bumper...the hole is blocked off now, but you should be able to cut that out and fit it back there, right?
yes it does work i did mine on my greddy kit, I had the greddy soch kit with no intercooler and i made a little site on how to do it but its no gone. its a real easy fint, my car is a 2000 civic but there all kinda the same. there is even a stock bolt hole as if it was ment to fit there. all i had to do was cut the pipe short that went to the turbo and take out the elbow piece that is normally under the head light, the i just put the inter cooler there. works great
Rock. Ever seen anyone do it on a 92-95 EX? If someone else did it I'm pretty sure I can
Do you have any pictures or anything, though your sites gone?
I'm getting turbo fever!!!!....
