Exactly what the title says. I have always been a fan of N/A cars, and have alwasy been around only N/A cars, but today was different. One of my friends just had his car taken out of the shop, 93 civic coupe, ls motor, turbo, DAMNNNNNN, thats all i can say, I;m gonna have a smile on my face till next week. That thing kicked ***. Then we met up with a few other of his friends, a Turbo GSR, a Turbo SI and a Supercharged Si. I'm speechless, i dont know what to say, i really dont, all this money spent on all motor, and you guys get a way with a lot more powr for cheaper, but you sacrifice the reliability, but i guess its worth it.

But like I said i really loved it, i have a new respect for those FI cars out there..

 

Nah you don't sacrifice reliabilty at all if you tune properly and make sure enough fuel is getting to the engine to compensate etc etc.... like everyone always says its ALL about the tuning and TLC.

 

My Friend just bought a 93 Hatch yeaterday, and has $9000 (after selling his b16 crx, and big aluminum winged civic) to spend to spend on a b18b swap, turbo, hondata 3b, and paint job(he works at a paint shop, so he gets a $2000 paint job for $350!!!!)

I have to admit, Im really jelous

All cars should've came with TURBO, out from the factory. My future cars will have turbos and now, I'm thinking if I should turbo my Mitsu Montero. I'm hooked on them damn snails.

I know what you mean! I have a feeling some american muscle is in my future besides my civic. It may be hard to not turbocharge my next car!

The first turbo car I rode in was Incognito's car (white 96 integ) in 99'. After driving it, I knew I was going turbo.

Then in 00' I was boosting.

My goal was to hit 12.99, then I will retire.
Then it was low 12's.
Then it was 11's.
When I finally hit 11's last year I finally decided to build my motor....and still in the process.


It's a never ending story.....
Remember....no matter how fast you are, someone will always be faster, thats why it's never ending.

 

my first time drivin a boosted car was a friends Modded Audi S4. All i could say for the next 5 min. is "HOLY ****." It started out fine, but after like 3.5K the boost kicked me back. After that i ditched the all motor CRVTEC plans and am now very interested in a fully built LS Turbo Setup
