Car Idles Rpm Up and Down

Usually when i start my car in the morning or after it hasnt been drivin in a while
My idle usually goes up and down id say it goes up to about 2k then down to like 800 then up and down for about 10 minutes
I replaced the air intake temperature sensor

When my 94 lx did this the shop told me it was the throttle position sensor.

90% of the time when this happens the Idle Air Control valve has taken a dump on you. Try taking if off and give it a good cleaning with throttle body cleaner.

Yea thats def. the IAC very common with early and mid 90's hondas. Take it off and give it a nice cleaning like moogocow3 said and if it still does it cough up the loot to get a new one. There fairly cheap.
clean it and if that doesnt help then you probably have a leak and you can either buy a new one or you can find the leak and put a patch on it like i did

make sure there are no vacc leaks, chk the idle adjuster screw make sure it has not backed almost all the way out, remove the top cover of the fast idle valve and screw in the inner valve,,
