Default longer time to start

After I installed B&M fuel reg. and gauge and VAFCII I noticed my H22 takes longer time to start it. When I turn key on fuel pump doesn't work for couple seconds like it should, only when cranking. Vafc works fine ( it just been tuned) and my pressure is 32 psi when running, stays on 0 when key on.
Thanks for any ideas.

The fuel pressure is supposed to be ~40psi correct? Do you have a fourth gen? If so, the fuel pressure is too low.

Also, when you turn on the key, you can't hear it prime?

yeah 4th gen. 40 psi? After I installed fuel gauge only the pressure was 30psi at Idle and 40 at WOT after that I put the regulator on and adjusted to 32Psi. Never had any problems and on dynotuning mixture had to be only leaned out.
And yeah the fuel pump don't prime at all and before it did.
