Default will this cat work?

hey guys i know the title says cadillac for the cat http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem but it looks the same as the civic one the only difference in the discription is the civic one has a center body and this one doesn't say that in the description and the civic one is 2" inlet and outlet and this one is 2.5" inlet and outlet. let me know what you guys think. thanks in advanced.

i guess it would if you can weld, have a 2.5" collector, the flange, a 2.5" 3bolt,
btw its not a high flow and doesnt say JDM on it so it wont work.
