HELP! Just got some JDM EG rear seats and need help intalling them...
Got some EG6 seats and don't know how to install the rears. Does anyone know how to put them in??
i think you're in way over your head bra, lol.
that &*#& has to be welded in and all re-done from what i have heard
you need the whole rear interior from an eg6, not just the seats

Its pretty much common sense....
To put the back panels in you will need to take of the two brackets that hold the stock eg seats up...I just used a chisel and cut off the spot welds.
Once those two brackets are off you can put the panels in.
For the seats you will first need to cut off that bracket that sits behind the fuel pump...the bracket that allows you to put your stock seats down....I got it off the same way I got the other brackets off.
You might want to get some silicone or something because you WILL make holes in the car while cutting the brackets off.
Here's the hard part....for the jdm seats to work properly you need to weld that long "T" bar that you got with the seats and you need to weld that new bracket that allows the jdm seats to go up and down too.
Or you can do what I did and just put everything in place and just leave it there. I did not get anything welded. All of my brackets are just placed there and they do not move at all. Besides my back seats always stay folded down and nobody ever sits back there.
Good luck!!!!
