Mount problems with B18C1 into EK
I just yanked the D16Y7, and dropped in the B18C1.
I was following this page:
http://www.phear7imports.net/trey/6gen/
He doesn't say anything about the lower tranny mount. I have a GSR tranny. Which mount would I use? I assume GSR? My old lower tranny mount doesn't fit onto the new GSR tranny.
Also, I bought the "Driver side mount bracket from the 99-00 Si: 11910-P30-000 $41.03". I just remove the timing belt cover, and put on the new bracket, and reuse the old mount?
Thanks!

Use the front trans mount bracket from the GSR. OR 99 Si, etc.....

Correct. The bracket is held on with 3 bolts, one of which is behind the timing belt cover. Then you will re-use your factory Civic mount -or do some sort of upgrade mount kit to get rid of those stock mounts....

That would be the rear transmission bracket which he is speaking of, and correct, this is needed as well.

Driver side- Use the mount bracket I mentioned above. This piece bolts to the block below the cam gears. reuse the civic studs. Also, use all other civic parts at this location. (picture)
Rear tranny- Use the rear upper tranny bracket I mentioned above. Use the stock civic rubber mount. (picture)
AC Bracket- Use the ac bracket I mentioned above and reuse the civic stud and rubber mount. Integra piece is similar but won't work. (picture)
Front tranny bracket- Use integra piece on the tranny but civic stud and rubber mount. Integra stud and rubber looks the same but won't work.
Upper tranny mount- Use all the civic pieces.
