Default Shifting Problems. Any ideas?

I've got a 5th Gen civic with a 99 GSR motor and tranny. I am having problems getting it to go into gears while the car is running. When the car is off i can easily select any gear at all but if the motor is running then i am just moving the shifter around but it wont go into anything. I first thought that maybe the slave cylinder was bad so i replaced that and had no results and now i have also replaced the clutch master cylinder and no luck there either. Anyone have an idea what might still be causing this problem? I have been able to "nurse" the car around a bit by starting it in gear and then letting out the clutch to get it moving and then once the car is in motion then i can usually select more gears but this is a real pain in the ***. so the car sits now. so since i have replaced most of the hydraulic components going to the trans, what else could be causing this problem?

thanks in advance.

could be bent shifter forks or somthing to do with the selector inside the transmission.

could also be a clutch problem!

thanks.

either way it looks like i am going to have to pull the trans. to get to the bottom of this. what kind of clutch problem would cause my car to act this way? my only previous experience with clutch problems only involved slipage which i am not getting here?

Your clutch is dragging; means it doesn't completely DISengage.

Warped disk so it never stops rubbing on flywheel?
Air in hydraulic system?
Pilot bearing going bad?
Broken stuff from pressure plate or disk hub dragging around in there?
