fuel pressure settings?

for a stock b16a..... well plus ctr cams i/h/e if that changes anything
i thought it was like 41~43 psi

Static (vacuum off) should be around 38 to 41. With those cams and a decent flowing set of bolt ons though, a chipped ECU and a nice street tune are going to work a LOT better than just bumping up the fuel pressure.
