Default fuel pressure

Hi guys got a question for you my friend has a 2000 SI and a fuel pressure
regulator hes wondering where to set it at. The only mod he has is a cold air
intake and exhaust. thanks for any info

stock pressure is sufficent unless he has bigger cams or some other serious upgrade.

i was just thinking that..... he is basically stock and FPR will not do him any good, tell him to get some nice cams then the FPR will work nice.
