How do i get this thing off? (Main Cap Bridge)
So i spun a bearing and i'm in the process of taking off my rod caps to get to the bearings.
Problem: How do i get the Bearing Cap Bridge (aka-girdle) off so i can access my #2,3 rod caps? I've taken off the 6 bolts that bolt it to the main caps underneath, but the thing is seriously stuck on there. any tips from you engine builders out there?

tip.. dont experiment on your type r block...
have a experienced tech next to you if your goin to insist that u know what your doing...
because in the end.. u might just make things works (words from experience)
