Ok here's the deal I swapped a b16 this weekend, I have a 1990 LS and swaped in a JDM b16, I added the 4 wires and the ground. It started idled fine but when I rev it past 3 it just shuts off then will not restart for like hours? Any ideas? Anyone have this problem? I checked and I have spark. Don't know how to check for fuel? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks for the input I"m really at a loss here...

check your fuses....maybe you blew one

 

recheck grounds soetimes it will work for a littl then stop if its a ground

 

SCC had the same problem. They had a problem with the distributor. You should check it out.

 

check for spark fuel timing

 

crack up the return line or pull the fuel rail and prime the car

 

its a ground
check your engine and tranny ground wires.
