Default Pictures of a simple yet effective setup we just completed....

99 Civic Si
internally stock
Hondata S200, walbro, 890s

ERL cast stainless manifold
Garrett T04E/T3 60trim - Phoenix Turbo
Garrett 24x8 based AutoLab intercooler assy
alum charged pipes
Tial gate and BOV
AutoLab 304SS downpipe, 2.5" flaring to 3"

Nice thing about these setups that we do is you can retain a/c and p/s. I think they turn out great, lifetime warranty on the manifold too!

I run #3 and resistors on GTBB turbos, but on journal bearing turbos I haven't had any issue running #4. At least for the past 6-7 years that is.

Question on the IC piping. I'm trying to run the piping in the same way you did. I'm using 3" and have 45* off of the TB and using a 75* to go through the fender hole.

What did you use to go through the fender? 90 and then after it goes out used a 45 to go to the front?

Looks good

the charge piping 90* down through the frame then 45" towards the front of the car and 90* turns into the intercooler. its 2" cold and 2.5" hot side with a 2.5-2.75" transition coupler on the throttle body.

We stock the ERL manifolds, theyre great for the money. We can put something like this together in kit form, up until now we've primarily just done them for local customers.
