Best OBDI ECU for non-VTEC B18B Turbo?

What would be the best ECU for a B18B turbo with 20 psi? I will most likely be using a Greddy E-manage with it. It is going in a 97 Civic HX. I already have the OBDII-OBDI jumper harness. Thanks.

best bet is gonna be to chip what ECU will work

I need to know which ECU will work, and does the Greddy need to be chipped? I thought it was tied in externally.
