warm them up really good and rev to 4500 and drop it. if you do ok keep reving higher till you spin too much. you pretty much have to practice and see what works for you. good luck.

Looking at your sig, it would appear you are experienced with launching already?

It's that spoon filter. Helps you get into the low 14's because it's yellow.

With the nitto drag radials use tire pressures from 18-22psi, launch from 4500-5500..all dependent upon track condition and what psi you have in the tires...with nitto's and icebox I was at 14.37, 2.2 60ft.

2.151 60' on Potenza SO-3's. Rev it high and ride the clutch, just figure out the proper balance of wheelspin, but don't be afraid to tach it on up. When I mean ride it I don't mean for 5 minutes either just enough to get that little pull in your back without to much wheelspin.

What about the best tire pressure for stock ITR rubbers...I know they suck, infact there pretty hard to hook at anything abouve 3000 but I need some help here..I tried 20psi...but it didn't make much difference.

i left it with stock pressure on street tires. just get a feel of what you are doing. don't be afraid of breaking something...that is how you learn.

The best thing to do is learn your car. I run 1.9 60 fts on a 205/40/17 BFG drag t/a's at 15psi. I rev the car to about 5000 rpm and come out hard using the clutch to control wheel spin until the car hooks. Again the best thing to do is practice.

I get 2.0's with BFGoodrich G-Force drag radials....

I play with the throttle from 2500-3500 and ride it out a tad.
Run 16-18 PSI. Minimal spin and grabs awesome. Unfortunately, the Nitto DR's are not as stickky as the BFG's. I have both and the BFG's are WAY better. The Nittos are more comparable to the old BFG comp ta drag radials.

Good Luck, maybe I will see you at E-Town sometime, I go there all the time

My car is not a daily driver, so longevity of the tire was not an issue. I only have about 1500 miles on them and 1 day at the drag strip last fall, Maybe 12 passes. and they still look good. I don't give them more than 6k-10k miles on my car. I got the tires for the street because the car wouldn't hook up in 1st or 2nd gear on normal street tires. (the car runs low 13s, all motor) I haven't driven with the tires in a hard rain yet, so that could be an issue??? HTH
