Default fuel pressure

i was wondering what i should set my regulator at for these mods.
Tenabe hyper medalion cat-back exhaust
High flow cat
AEM CAI
b16a1
im running a weapon-r regualtor with built in gauge. i think my stock pump is not giving me enough fuel cause i only get 38 psi at full throttle and i remember reading that stock should be 42 psi? right now my regulator is all the way up to but im replacing the pump with a high output pump this week.

should be able to run more than 45psi on stock pump. mabey your guage sucks or pressure reg only goes up to a certain psi. you can run a b16 and 18 just fine at 45psi on a stock pump.

my car also stutters sometimes, like theres no fuel or not enough to so im pretty sure that its the pump, its the original pump with 188000 miles on it so it would be good to replace anyway

Why does everyone keep saying that the stock pump is adequate? Yes, a new stock pump may be adequate, but the old *** pumps we have in these old CRX's are not adequate. I've now seen two different CRX's with B16's where the stock pump is was not adequate.

Have you checked your fuel pressure and a/f ratio when you hit VTEC, are you really not running lean using the stock pump?

If your pump is old and you're putting a b16 or b18 in then upgrade your fuel pump.

if you pump has been fine before you put in a new motor and your fuel pressure is adjustable to desired mark, there is no reason why it would suddenly not work after a swap.

your fuel pump should be fine... i'm running 300+ hp on stock 88' dx fuel pump with 264k miles. if it stutters it might be a loose connection at the pump or just dirty contacts at the tps
