Default want LOwer

i was looking in h-t's slammed thread and alot of people are taking short cuts and what not to get that extra half inch or so. my skunk2's are maxed out and i would like to go a bit lower in the front. what could i do to make it go a bit lower that would be safe at the same time?

Don't the skunk2s drop 4 inches? I just bought a set with illuminas for my crx. All I can say is, don't cut the springs,

ya it really does suck i cant understand why this is. i think the tokico illuminas are a bit of a longer shock because when i had the skunk2's on my stock shocks the car sat a bit lower then this. the front has always been maxed out, the rear i have about another inch lower to go if i want.the rims are 17's

I think think it has to do with shock length, when I put my illuminas on it sat lower,

Nice looking prelude, sorry I can't offer much help though,

it's really surprising to see it was lowered at all. the front has tremendous wheel gap considering you used skunk2 coils.

you prolly can do a search on illuminas and skunk2 and see how low will it go. i've seen some tokico blues and skunk2 combo can slam the ride

if there new shocks, they need time to "settle". so after a few weeks ull notice ur car drop more as they weeks go by

Shocks don't "settle", but springs can. So like he said, if your SPRINGS are new, they may take a week or so to settle...
