running jdm d16a(usdmd16z6) with si tranny.

planning to turbo it but dont know which turbo i should use. i've search and there's lots that pop up but none answer my question. i'm looking for a turbo that spools up quick and hold boost(7-9psi) up until 7k. my hp goal is about 200whp. people told me to go with t25 but another guy told me go with t3/t4, he said the t3/t4 will feel like i'm flying when i hit 6k. but he's not sure how many lbs of boost i'll have at low-end. i've also seem some uses td04h-15g, what are the specs on those? are they small or big? so my question is i wanna know what turbo you guys are using for your d-series and at what rpm it reach full boost or when it starts pulling good etc. need advice. sorry if this topic has been covered, i can't seem to find it. thanks.
