Default Dry or Wet Shot

Someones offering me a good price on a dry shot kit. But i always thought that a wet shot was supposed to be better. Does one have more risk then other? This is on a sohc zc bottom end with z6 head. Fully built will be turboed in like june or july. Thanks in advance

Dry doesn't mean you're spraying nitrous without adding any fuel, it just means that you're adding fuel through the injectors by either increasing fuel pressure or retuning your fuel maps rather than having the nitrous kit itself add fuel.

But that also means your car will be running rich without the nitrous

i had a dry 75 shot on a b16a2 in my eg hatch. It was extremely fast. untill i leaned out and blew the motor. going turbo now. If you have nitrous i reccomend you tune your car with a afc.

No it doesn't. The fuel increases are only triggered when the nitrous is activated. There are many different ways of doing this and most the kits have different methods so I'm not going to get into it, but you definately need to check your facts before posting.
