First time TIG Welding Rate my weld.
Not too bad for a first weld. It took me a while to get ahold of TIG welding. From the looks of the surrounding areas of the weld you didnt prep your material.
Keep it up.

Get a wire brush and use it on SS only. Brush it some, and use some acetone on it, then weld... looks to had a TAD bit too much heat, less heat and you will see alot more color in the weld assuming your CFM is correct and filler rod is not contaminated

Those welds have great color and the heat affected zone is minimal. Good work man. Especially for the first time.
Make sure you use a stainless brush on that wheel. It will rust if you do not.
