Default pressure plate and clutch install

im planning to buy a new clutch disc, do i have to buy a new pressure plate with it too, and do i have to go resurface the flywheel?
the reason why im planning to replace the clutch is my car will not go to any of the gears.
does anybody know where to buy the axle bushing that goes into the tranny my intermediate shaft is leaking from there. or is there a part number for Honda to go buy it.

car- 99 civic sedan ex
motor - B18c1 OBD1
tranny - Y80 gsr tranny

somebody's selling just the clutch and i really need one.
do i need to replace the pressure plate or can i just install the new clutch and resurface the flywheel.

I suggest buying an entire clutch kit, which will include the disk, pressure plate, pilot and throwout bearings.

And yes, it will be a good idea to get your flywheel resurfaced.
